I went to see The Who at Watford Trades & Labour Hall near Watford Junction in 1964. They were great. The guitar smashing was not the best ever but it was a spectacle. Is it true that a rock star once got electrocuted by copying this stunt? I've since heard that they have stopped smashing their equipment.
