Ford launched the Anglia 105E on 30th September 1959, it was targeted at the family saloon market. With a top speed of 75mph and radical styling, the Ford Anglia 105E was an immediate hit. During the eight years that it was in production more than 1,000,000 cars were made at a cost to the motorist of around £600.
